Salsa

The following are rough guidelines as each batch may vary somewhat and should be spiced and salted to taste:


 

Approx. 6 fresh tomatoes finely chopped in food processor
1 - 12 oz. can of diced tomatoes
1 - can of Rotel tomatoes with cilantro and lime (otherwise just regular can of Rotel tomatoes)
1 - 8oz. can of tomato sauce
1 - onion diced
Approx. 1-2 tbs. of Adobo Spanish seasoning (Goya brand preferred)
Approx. 2 tsp. minced garlic
Approx. 3-4 tbs. white vinegar
A large slash of Tabasco
Cilantro
Minced/Chopped jalapeno peppers (canned or bottled in vinegar) - add to desired hotness
Salt to taste (takes quite a bit of salt)
